We smoke our ribs on premises everyday. We start by using a secret recipe to dry rub our ribs. Next, we cook them over a blend of hickory and sweet apple wood and finish them off with your choice of Barbeque sauce to complement
the spicy rub and smoky meat..

For a true southern dining experience, try our St. Louis ribs. They're meatier and smokier than the babyback ribs. But don't let us talk you out of ordering the babybacks. Leaner and more subtle in flavor, they're every bit as popular as the St. Louis.

Texas-Smoked Beef Brisket
Texas beef brisket, rubbed with crushed garlic, black and red pepper, smoked for 12 hours then hand-sliced to order $10.95

BBQ Pulled Chicken
Smoked for 3 hours then pulled from the bone and served up in our Texas BBQ sauce. $9.95

Hickory-smoked Pulled Pork
Succulent smoked pork pulled from the bone and tossed in our Texas BBQ sauce. $9.95

Texas BBQ Beef Chopped Brisket
Hickory-smoked, then slathered in our Texas BBQ sauce. $10.95

BBQ Smoked Turkey
Rubbed with a special seasoning before smoking, these skin-on turkey breasts are hickory-smoked for 3 hours and hand sliced to order. $10.95
